The unique position of the plot was central to the architectural design, so that as many homes as possible would enjoy natural light, an open horizon and the striking view of the town.<\/p>\n<p>The project was developed on a plot with a total area of 1,677.43 m\u00b2, with a total built area of <strong>1,341.85 m\u00b2<\/strong> and a building footprint of <strong>754.35 m\u00b2<\/strong>. The plot holds <strong>two independent buildings<\/strong>, with a total of <strong>26 apartments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The layout of the two buildings was designed for functionality, the comfort of the residents and the best use of the site. The homes and the outdoor spaces were arranged in a balanced way, so that the complex sits in harmony with its surroundings while keeping the particular character of its location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The panoramic view of Rethymno<\/strong> is without doubt one of the project\u2019s most important features. Open views in different directions across the town create a distinctive living experience, with a sense of freedom, brightness and a direct connection to the wider landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond its architecture and construction, the project has a special meaning for us.
