The architecture is based on clean geometric lines, modern proportions and strongly horizontal balconies, while the interplay of volumes and materials gives the fa\u00e7ades a distinctive, contemporary character.<\/p>\n<p>Particular weight was given to the right use of the plot, the functional organisation of the spaces and a balanced relationship between built and open space. The total <strong>footprint of the two buildings is 461.97 m\u00b2<\/strong>, and the <strong>built area reaches 821.28 m\u00b2<\/strong>.
