The building was designed and built to the requirements of a modern <strong>energy class A+<\/strong> building, providing a high level of comfort and significantly lower energy needs.<\/p>\n<p>Particular weight was given to the energy performance of the building envelope. <strong>Upgraded thermal insulation and waterproofing systems<\/strong> limit heat loss and protect the structure from the weather and moisture. This keeps conditions inside the homes stable and comfortable, while strengthening the protection and <strong>long service life of the building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The energy design includes modern <strong>heat pump<\/strong> systems, which meet heating and cooling needs efficiently with lower energy consumption. <strong>Photovoltaic systems<\/strong> further strengthen the project\u2019s energy profile, using renewable energy and reducing the building\u2019s overall energy footprint.<\/p>\n<p>The architecture follows a modern, clean aesthetic. Strong geometric lines, large balconies, glass balustrades and a careful interplay of materials and colours create a dynamic yet balanced image. The outdoor spaces and planted areas are an integral part of the design, improving both the appearance and the quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>On a <strong>828.22 m\u00b2<\/strong> plot, the total <strong>footprint of the buildings is 372.70 m\u00b2<\/strong>, and the total <strong>built area is 662.58 m\u00b2<\/strong>. In addition, <strong>278.83 m\u00b2 of planted areas<\/strong> were created, keeping a balanced relationship between the built and the natural environment.<\/p>\n<p>The result is a modern residential project that combines <strong>architectural quality, high energy efficiency and excellent construction<\/strong>.
