The design was organised to make the best use of the plot while keeping a balance between the interiors, the balconies and the outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The architecture is defined by <strong>clean geometric lines, large glazed surfaces and transparent balustrades<\/strong>, while vertical wood-effect elements act as discreet design accents and privacy screens. The neutral colour palette and the clear arrangement of the balconies give the building a modern, coherent image.<\/p>\n<p>At the rear, a <strong>pool area for guests<\/strong> was created, adding a further space for relaxation and leisure.
