On Gorgopotamou Street, in Perivolia, Rethymno, we are building one of our company\u2019s most modern residential projects: a complete complex of three new three-storey residential buildings with basements and attics, designed for high build quality, energy efficiency and a contemporary look.<\/p>\n

Balanced volumes, large balconies, contemporary fa\u00e7ades and a careful choice of materials create a residential complex with a strong identity and a sense of high quality.<\/p>\n Particular emphasis was placed on the energy performance of the homes. All apartments are energy class A++<\/strong> and are equipped with modern heat pump<\/strong> and photovoltaic<\/strong> systems, significantly reducing energy needs and providing a high level of thermal comfort all year round.<\/p>\n The energy design is part of a broader construction philosophy in which technology, quality materials and proper insulation work together to create homes with a low energy footprint<\/strong>, greater comfort and high lasting value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Every apartment has what modern everyday life needs, with a private parking space<\/strong> and a storage room<\/strong>, while selected homes in the complex also have private gardens<\/strong>, offering an extra level of privacy and direct contact with nature.<\/p>\n Particular importance was given to the landscaping and to bringing greenery into the residents\u2019 everyday lives.
