It is a modern residential complex developed on a <strong>plot with a total area of 1,716.83 m\u00b2<\/strong>, which will consist of three independent buildings with a <strong>total built area of 1,368.90 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The project will include a total of 21 apartments and a shop, creating a complete residential and commercial development in one of the most sought-after areas of central Rethymno.<\/p>\n<p>The location of the plot is one of the project\u2019s greatest strengths. The amphitheatre-like setting of the area, together with direct access to the town centre, makes for homes that combine urban convenience, open views and a high quality of everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>Particular emphasis has been placed on the functionality of the complex. Underground parking and storage rooms are planned, so that every home has the infrastructure a modern building needs without burdening the surrounding space.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, <strong>372.95 m\u00b2 of planted areas<\/strong> are planned, so that greenery becomes an essential part of the overall architecture. The planted areas will help create a calmer, higher-quality place to live, balancing modern urban development with nature.<\/p>\n<p>The project is being designed and built to the requirements of a new building today, with <strong>particular attention to energy efficiency<\/strong>, <strong>comfort<\/strong>, <strong>safety<\/strong> and the <strong>long-term durability<\/strong> of the structure.<\/p>\n<p>As in every project of our company, quality remains at the heart of construction.
