Apartment building with 11 apartments

This project was our company’s second major residential project, continuing the path that began with our first land-exchange project and strengthening our presence in residential construction.

The building was developed on a plot with a total area of 792.50 m², with a total built area of 634.00 m², and includes 11 apartments.

The design was based on the right use of the plot and on creating homes with an emphasis on functionality, comfort and build quality. The layout of the spaces was studied to serve the residents’ everyday needs effectively, while particular attention was paid to the overall look and consistency of the building.

This project was another important step in our company’s development, adding to our experience and know-how in apartment buildings and organised residential projects.

Its completion helped shape the philosophy we still follow today: careful design, sound construction, functional homes and an emphasis on lasting quality.

It is a project of particular significance in our company’s history, as it marked the continuation of a path that gradually led to larger, more complex and more demanding construction projects.
