Building with five luxury suites on Taki Daskalantonaki Square

On Taki Daskalantonaki Square we built a modern hospitality building made up of five luxury suites, with particular emphasis on the quality of the spaces, privacy and a contemporary architectural identity.

Construction began in 2022 on a plot with a total area of 248.80 m². The design was organised to make the best use of the plot while keeping a balance between the interiors, the balconies and the outdoor spaces.

The architecture is defined by clean geometric lines, large glazed surfaces and transparent balustrades, while vertical wood-effect elements act as discreet design accents and privacy screens. The neutral colour palette and the clear arrangement of the balconies give the building a modern, coherent image.

At the rear, a pool area for guests was created, adding a further space for relaxation and leisure. The total footprint of the building is 111.96 m², the built area 199.04 m², and planting covers 83.76 m², raising the quality of the outdoor environment.

The result is a modern hospitality building in which functionality, architectural clarity and careful aesthetics come together with spaces designed for a comfortable, high-quality stay.
