Complex of 10 homes, energy class A+

The project is the construction of a modern residential complex of 10 apartments, begun in 2021 on a plot with a total area of 828.22 m².

The main aim of the design and construction was to create high-specification homes, with particular emphasis on energy efficiency, the quality of materials, thermal protection and the long-term durability of the structure. The building was designed and built to the requirements of a modern energy class A+ building, providing a high level of comfort and significantly lower energy needs.

Particular weight was given to the energy performance of the building envelope. Upgraded thermal insulation and waterproofing systems limit heat loss and protect the structure from the weather and moisture. This keeps conditions inside the homes stable and comfortable, while strengthening the protection and long service life of the building.

The energy design includes modern heat pump systems, which meet heating and cooling needs efficiently with lower energy consumption. Photovoltaic systems further strengthen the project’s energy profile, using renewable energy and reducing the building’s overall energy footprint.

The architecture follows a modern, clean aesthetic. Strong geometric lines, large balconies, glass balustrades and a careful interplay of materials and colours create a dynamic yet balanced image. The outdoor spaces and planted areas are an integral part of the design, improving both the appearance and the quality of life.

On a 828.22 m² plot, the total footprint of the buildings is 372.70 m², and the total built area is 662.58 m². In addition, 278.83 m² of planted areas were created, keeping a balanced relationship between the built and the natural environment.

The result is a modern residential project that combines architectural quality, high energy efficiency and excellent construction. The A+ energy class, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems and upgraded insulation are key features of a building designed not only for today’s needs but also for durability, protection and keeping its value over time.
