In Perivolia, Rethymno, on Georgiou Fonazaki Street, we delivered a modern residential complex made up of two three-storey residential buildings with a basement, pilotis and an attic.
Construction began in 2019 on a plot with a total area of 1,026.60 m², with the aim of creating a functional and visually unified group of homes, suited to the demands of modern living.
The complex includes a total of 11 apartments, together with parking spaces and storage rooms. The architecture is based on clean geometric lines, modern proportions and strongly horizontal balconies, while the interplay of volumes and materials gives the façades a distinctive, contemporary character.
Particular weight was given to the right use of the plot, the functional organisation of the spaces and a balanced relationship between built and open space. The total footprint of the two buildings is 461.97 m², and the built area reaches 821.28 m². At the same time, 366.70 m² of planted areas raise the quality of the outdoor spaces and help the complex blend into its surroundings.
The result is a complete group of modern homes in which functionality, architectural clarity and careful aesthetics come together in a single, coherent design.
