The project
Three new three-storey buildings with basements and attics: 18 apartments with an A++ energy class, heat pumps and photovoltaics.
- 1,295 m² built
- 1,545 m² plot
On Gorgopotamou Street, in Perivolia, Rethymno, we are building one of our company’s most modern residential projects: a complete complex of three new three-storey residential buildings with basements and attics, designed for high build quality, energy efficiency and a contemporary look.
Construction began at the end of 2023, marking a new generation of high-specification homes in which architecture, technology and energy performance come together in a single, complete result.
The project is developed on a plot with a total area of 1,545.85 m², with a total built area of 1,295.78 m² and a footprint of 536.00 m². The complex includes a total of 18 apartments; each building has a basement and three floors, with attics completing the layout and the architecture.
The architecture follows a clean, modern and timeless line. Balanced volumes, large balconies, contemporary façades and a careful choice of materials create a residential complex with a strong identity and a sense of high quality.
Particular emphasis was placed on the energy performance of the homes. All apartments are energy class A++ and are equipped with modern heat pump and photovoltaic systems, significantly reducing energy needs and providing a high level of thermal comfort all year round.
The energy design is part of a broader construction philosophy in which technology, quality materials and proper insulation work together to create homes with a low energy footprint, greater comfort and high lasting value.
Every apartment has what modern everyday life needs, with a private parking space and a storage room, while selected homes in the complex also have private gardens, offering an extra level of privacy and direct contact with nature.
Particular importance was given to the landscaping and to bringing greenery into the residents’ everyday lives. Although the complex sits in a fairly densely built urban area, the perimeter planting, the private gardens and the individual green zones create a sense of calm, comfort and seclusion from the surrounding town. The greenery acts as a natural filter between the homes and their surroundings, adding privacy and giving residents the feeling of a more open, pleasant, high-quality place to live. In this way, nature is not just part of the project’s look, but an essential part of the whole experience of living there.
The result is a modern, high-specification residential complex in which architecture, energy technology and build quality work as one: a project designed to offer not just modern homes, but a complete living environment with an emphasis on comfort, energy independence, privacy, greenery and lasting value.
