The project began in 2020, was carried out in two separate construction phases and was completed in 2024. Its phased progress called for careful organisation and consistency, so that the two phases would come together in a single, harmonious result.

The building was developed on a plot with a total area of 939.40 m², with a footprint of 239.85 m² and a total built area of 751.52 m². It consists of 5 apartments, designed to offer comfort, functionality and a high standard of everyday living.

To serve the homes, 5 parking spaces and basement storage rooms were provided, offering the infrastructure a modern, well-organised home needs.

Particular care was taken at every stage of construction, from the correct execution of each technical task to the choice and installation of materials. The main aim was a building marked by excellent construction, reliability and durability.

Completing the project in two phases is a characteristic example of our company’s ability to manage complex construction processes consistently, keeping the same quality and look from the start to the final handover.

The result is a complete private residential project that combines functional homes, well-organised infrastructure and high build quality, reflecting our company’s philosophy of responsible, careful delivery of every project entrusted to us.
