Multi-storey residential building in Perivolia

On Papadogiorgaki Street, in Perivolia, Rethymno, we delivered a complete, high-specification residential project, with construction starting in 2009 and finishing in 2011.

It is a multi-storey residential building with a basement and an open ground floor (pilotis), designed with an emphasis on functionality, comfort, high build quality and making real use of the surrounding space.

The project was developed on a plot with a total area of 1,471.40 m², with a total built area of 1,177.00 m² and a building footprint of 662.13 m². The scale and layout of the complex allowed for comfortable homes, well-organised shared areas and extensive landscaped outdoor spaces.

Particular emphasis was placed on providing practical parking, using both the basement and the pilotis, so that the residents’ needs are met without compromising the look and use of the outdoor spaces.

Greenery is a key element of the design. Planted areas and landscaping raise the quality of the complex, creating a pleasant, calm place to live while tying the individual buildings together visually.

Another decisive advantage of the project is the unique view its location offers. The architecture makes the most of the shape of the plot, with large balconies, open views and careful proportions that strengthen the connection between the homes and their surroundings.

High build quality was a priority at every stage. The careful choice of materials, attention to construction details and the solidity of the building produced a complex with timeless looks, durability and a high standard of living.

The result is a complete residential complex that combines build quality, comfort, organised parking, abundant greenery and a privileged view, a characteristic example of the company’s philosophy of quality, lasting construction.
