Residential complex of 21 apartments in Kallithea

In Kallithea, Rethymno, on a particularly central hillside overlooking the town, one of our company’s newest and most important projects is under way.

Construction began on 3 December 2025, with completion and handover scheduled for 30 December 2027. It is a modern residential complex developed on a plot with a total area of 1,716.83 m², which will consist of three independent buildings with a total built area of 1,368.90 m².

The project will include a total of 21 apartments and a shop, creating a complete residential and commercial development in one of the most sought-after areas of central Rethymno.

The location of the plot is one of the project’s greatest strengths. The amphitheatre-like setting of the area, together with direct access to the town centre, makes for homes that combine urban convenience, open views and a high quality of everyday life.

Particular emphasis has been placed on the functionality of the complex. Underground parking and storage rooms are planned, so that every home has the infrastructure a modern building needs without burdening the surrounding space.

In addition, 372.95 m² of planted areas are planned, so that greenery becomes an essential part of the overall architecture. The planted areas will help create a calmer, higher-quality place to live, balancing modern urban development with nature.
