In Kallithea, Rethymno, one of the town’s fastest-growing and most sought-after areas, our company is about to build a new modern residential project, with construction scheduled to start on 20 November 2026.
The project will be developed on a plot with a total area of 398.76 m² and will include 5 modern apartments, designed with an emphasis on functionality, build quality and the demands of modern living.
The total built area will be 319.00 m², with the design making careful use of every part of the plot while keeping a balanced relationship between the building and the outdoor spaces.
Each home will have its own parking space and a separate storage room, giving residents the convenience and practicality everyday life requires.
Particular attention will also be paid to the landscaping, with a total of 159.00 m² of planted areas. Greenery will be built into the design, creating a more pleasant, calm, high-quality place to live while enhancing the look of the whole.
