Three-storey building with 9 apartments on Charitaki Street

On Charitaki Street we delivered a modern residential project: a three-storey building with 9 apartments in total, designed for functionality, comfort and good use of the available space.

The project was developed on a plot with a total area of 790.90 m², with a total built area of 632.72 m². Spreading the building over three floors allowed for well-balanced homes, comfortable interiors and a carefully organised layout.

Particular attention was paid to the right use of the plot, so that the building keeps harmonious proportions and offers a pleasant, practical place to live. The layout of the 9 apartments was designed for modern everyday life, with an emphasis on comfort, natural light and practical spaces.

The architecture is defined by clean lines and a balanced arrangement of volumes, creating a modern building with a timeless character.
